Kate who helped me to choose my glasses and gave me a price was extremely helpful and friendly. Although my glasses cost a more than double what I expected to pay am pleased so far with the service given.

Only the member of staff who saw us off, i.e. after the eye test was friendly, everyone else was unfriendly or unattentive. Also people working with customers in direct contact shouldn't be wearing very chipped nail varnish. The choice of frames was minimal, three to be precise and no attractive offers. Won't go back to Boots Optician unless I have to.
